Augnito is hiring for the role of Product Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor and analyze product usage metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Support business development efforts by identifying potential market opportunities.
• Design and develop internal tools using Excel VBA, macros, Tableau, or SQL to streamline operations.
• Maintain and update existing tools to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Train team members on the use of internal tools and best practices for data analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data and reporting needs.
• Provide analytical support for strategic projects and initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proven experience in analyzing data, developing insights, and creating reports
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, VBA, and macros
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus, but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
