Sprinklr is hiring for the role of Product Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and pain points
- Analyze product usage data to understand customer behavior and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and prioritize product roadmaps based on market research and customer feedback
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define and implement new product features
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers to ensure product quality and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in product management or a related role
- Strong analytical and prproboblem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
