Product Analyst Job in Hyderabad at Milestone Technologies

Milestone Technologies is hiring for the role of Product Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct data exploration exercises to identify actionable insights and recommendations across the customer journey – Sales, Marketing, Product, Risk, and Operations.
• Develop and automate reports and interactively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
• Work closely with Product Managers to generate future-oriented analysis and draw recommendations to influence the future roadmap. Contribute to decisions to improve products and services.
• Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, and formulate, and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science or IT-related
• Experience in creating, automating, and publishing dashboards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to produce and present compelling data visualizations from your findings
• Good data storytelling skills and data visualization using Tableau
• A strong understanding of the principles behind relational databases and related technology
• Experience in applying statistical techniques to recognize trends and correlations in vast sets of data
• Statistical analysis using Python or R
• Experience using Digital Analytics tools – Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
• Experience in working in Financial Services Industry
• Experience in working with data and analytics tools in AWS stack
• Sound grasps of statistical concepts, appropriate use, and application of them
• Experienced in using Data Science/ Advanced Analytics Methodologies (Clustering, Predictive Analytics, AI/Machine Learning)
• Experienced in Big Data Solutions e.g., Hadoop, AWS, Microsoft Azure
