Phenom People is hiring for the role of Product Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- The position is in the Product (PXM) Team
- Track record of ideating products in a collaborative POD/ similar teams
- Attention to detail, a practical approach to the day-to-day work of story-writing and delivery
- Well-versed with Agile, Scrum, and Continuous Delivery methodologies
- A knack for prioritization understanding and obtaining buy-in from multiple stakeholders
Requirements:
- The position is in the Product (PXM) Team. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or product owner is required
- Knowledge of Marketing and sales domain is a plus
- Understanding of business environment and industry trends is a plus
- Ability to work in a team and Customer environment
- Understanding of IT Products and their value delivered to the Customers
