Procurement Systems Administrator Job in Gurgaon at SHL India Private Limited

SHL is hiring for the role of Procurement Systems Administrator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and maintain procurement systems, especially Coupa P2P.
• Support day-to-day operations of procurement platforms to ensure smooth workflows.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, data maintenance, and compliance tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement requests meet policy standards.
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with IT/support teams for resolution.
• Generate procurement reports and dashboards as needed.
• Support the purchase-to-pay (P2P) process across departments.
• Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, recordkeeping, and audits

Requirements:

• Experience with procurement platforms (especially Coupa or similar P2P tools)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Working knowledge of procurement policies and compliance processes
• Understanding of supply chain and sourcing strategies
• Ability to analyze procurement data and generate reports
• Familiarity with ERP systems and integration with procurement tool
