Dyson is hiring for the role of Procurement Operations Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Support Contract Creation in the Ariba contracting module and have the knowledge to process MSA, SOW, Amendment, and Standalone Agreements.
- Support Contract Management process
- Mailbox supplier and stakeholder queries
- Ad hoc reporting
- Support system teams in new implementations
- Provide process and transaction support
- Cooperate with the Accounts Payable team to complete the Procure-to-Pay process
Requirements:
- Understanding of end-to-end Source-to-pay processes
- Experience in Supplier Management, Contract Management, or PR2PO process
- Comfortable with ambiguity, action-oriented, and able to balance varied priorities
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Familiar with SAP Ariba Contracting Module will be an added advantage
- Familiar with and should possess knowledge of the DOCU-SIGN Tool
- Fluent in English and additional European language(s) would be an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
