PhonePe is hiring for the role of Procurement Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze sales data, trends, and forecasts to develop accurate demand plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust procurement strategies based on evolving demand.
• Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at stores by monitoring inventory levels, and balance demand fluctuations with procurement timelines.
• Identify brands and vendors that align with our product needs, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Source and procure products from these brands and vendors, ensuring alignment with our store requirements and demand forecasts. This requires alignment at a hyperlocal level with brands which is a first in an ecommerce set up. 
• Ensure that the brands and vendors align with store-specific needs and collaborate on deliveries, product availability, and service levels.
• Establish and maintain relationships with brands and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring pricing efficiency, quality, and delivery standards.
