Procurement Executive (IT Asset Management) Internship in Hyderabad at Zeta Tech

Zeta Tech is hiring for the role of Procurement Executive (IT Asset Management)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Receive assets from vendors, inwards and outwards
• Manage the process of couriering the assets to various locations of business entities in India and overseas, to vendors in India
• Maintain the stock of all hardware in all business units
• Log tickets with OEMs for hardware problems
• Send hardware to vendors for repair Keep a check on hardware warranty
• Keep track of AMCs for all critical hardware
• Make entries in Asset Management software and manage hardware allocation
• Move assets from the storage location to the user’s desk and vice-versa
• Help in physical asset reconciliation

Requirements:

• You have  2 - 3+ years of relevant experience in working with procurement teams.
• Graduate in any field.
• Strong Excel skills
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Confident, creative, and proactive in taking initiatives and achieving them.
• Strong attention to detail
