Ecozen is hiring for the role of Procurement Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Floating RFQ
- Cost estimation
- Convert PR to PO, Scheduling
- Cost Estimations & Negotiation with Supplier
- Follow up with suppliers for right quality & Time Delivery
- Forecasting & clearance of supplier documents
- Delivery execution - Supplier visits, meetings, regular review
- Preparing of MIS
- Working toward the departmental KPI/ KRA achievement
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years. From Industry Background - Manufacturing, Automotive, Motor or Pump Industry
- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical
- Good Academics & Industrial Background from a reputed company
- Excellent excel skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Material Planning experience
- Knowledge & experience in indirect procurement
- Sound knowledge of payment terms, incoterms, etc.
- Sound analytical skills
- Ability to handle and manage an internal team and all the above-mentioned stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
