Procurement (Electrical Panel & DB DEB-SCM) Job in Noida at Career Stone Consultant

To manage the supply chain in line with the business requirements by bringing standardisation in purchase processes, developing flexible planning & control procedures and maintaining TAT of all processes.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

• To go through and evaluate the Technical specification after handed over of documents by concerned stakeholders.
• Should be capable of arriving at tentative cost of commodity by evaluating raw material input, manufacturing cost, etc.
• Giving suggestions and being part of policy framing strategy & procedures for smooth functioning of supply chain in line with Business needs.
• Developing supply chain processes and system to ensure transparency and compliance in alignment with corporate standards.
• Developing and evaluating new and existing suppliers to ensure a robust supply base. Search out the new vendors with best quality and saving.
• Responsible for payments and servicing for supplied product.
• Achieve cost targets through negotiation with suppliers.
• Responsible for communication with Stakeholders for smooth functioning of SCM process.
• Follow-up with Project Team for required approvals of GTP/ Drawing.
• Maintaining the core values of the company within self and team members.
• Initiating Rate Contract procedure as annual activity and assisting GM / AVP for closure of same.
• To coordinate with the MIS Team to create all Material Codes for new projects within time line for timely uploading of projects.
• Should evaluate the BOQ and check the part of his responsibility within first few days of kick off meeting.
• Will be responsible for annual vendor evaluation.
• Materials to be procured as per following list, items can be added as per the requirement of new projects.

Educational qualifications preferred:

•  Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
• Bachelor of Technology - BTech, Master of Business Administration - MBA

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Purchase experience (B.Tech)
• 12+ years of Purchase experience (Diploma/Graduate)
• Should have all-around knowledge of market conditions like metal price indexes for judging the correct pricing of concerned items.
• Inventory maintenance, Demand planning & proper forecasting.
• Vendor relationship management.
• Sense of ownership and pride in his performance for the company’s success.
