Total Marketing Support Limited is hiring for the role of Procurement Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own the supplier onboarding process, ensuring documentation, compliance, and timely execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, addressing queries and maintaining updated vendor information.
• Manage procurement data in SAP, run reports, and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle operational queries for both new and existing materials, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Send out RFQs, follow up on quotes, and draft analyses for the European Procurement Team.
• Follow up with suppliers to confirm forecasts, service continuity, or other KPIs.
• Proactively support procurement activities, particularly related to packaging and POS materials.

Requirements:

• Organized, proactive, and efficient in managing tasks.
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Strong communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
• Problem-solving ability to ensure smooth procurement operations.
