Honeywell is hiring for the role of Procurement Buyer I!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist with procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiations for all off-contract suppliers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, cost avoidance, cost-saving and working capital opportunities
- Support the procurement team in maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely quotes
- Participate in procurement process improvement initiatives
- Learn and apply procurement best practices and tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
