Orient Electric is hiring for the role of Procurement Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop should-be cost sheets for all categories – refresh existing sheets monthly and build the should-be cost sheets for other categories/SKUs
- Benchmark rates/conversions across suppliers
- Coordinate with BU Purchase & Commodity teams to identify and develop vendors and timely finalization of costing for all categories
- Coordinate with the Commodity team to execute costing and implementation of spend analytics insight
- Develop zero base costing for all categories
- Develop & run spend analytics for all categories every month (top SKUs & their spend, supplier-wise spend, plant-wise spend, etc.)
- Coordinate with the purchase team to implement spend analytics insights (across technical, commercial, and process levers)
- L1 share maximization analysis every month
Requirements:
- MBA from a reputed institution Statistical data analysis
- Operational analysis, Problem solving, Cost accounting
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Good technology skills
