Patra is hiring for the role of Process Trainer - IJP!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct classroom and remote training using established lesson plans
• Create, organize, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.
• Deliver unique training programs to fulfill workers’ specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
• Create and/or acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
• Present training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos.
• Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
• Assess training materials prepared by instructors/others.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Working experience with Microsoft Office/Open Office Suite and related applications.
