Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and maintain various training manuals and workbooks, with particular emphasis on keeping content up to date, through liaison with the supervisor.
• Compile and submit monthly reports on training activities and needs in a timely and concise manner
• Assist in the delivery of formal induction and process for new hires' training.
• Providing Effective Training Sessions for Agent & Middle level to improve the Productivity
• Coaching Team Members on Sales Skills & Processes
• Organize and present activities that will reinforce the learning process.
• Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; and developing outcome improvement resources.
• Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; and integrating support with routine job functions.
• A trainer needs to test the new staff. Periodic tests are necessary to know the performance of trainees. It also assists in the personal evaluation process.
• Based on the evaluation, trainers recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2 years experience developing the above skills. Experience must include a telemarketing job.
• 1-year experience as a Trainer in a domestic call center with a team of more than 20 trainees
• Fluency with general desktop productivity software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong people, interaction skills
• Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer, etc to be avoided).
• Extremely detail-oriented and able to organize. 8. Problem-solving ability & creative - out-of-the-box thinking.
