Stats Perform is hiring for the role of Process - Trainer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Passionate about football and all other sports. In-depth knowledge about players, rules and regulations of football is necessary for this role
• Knowledge of sports rules, statistics, scores, leader boards, and polls is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge on MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
• Exceptionally good knowledge of Geography, capital of countries and time zone
• To understand multimedia and social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn other search engines and social media websites are an added advantage
• Focus for lengthy periods of time with quick adaptability to modern technology is necessary
• Particularly good command over written and verbal English language
• Ability to handle the group and deliver the training

Requirements:

• Good listener to understand new joiner’s skill possessed and to make sure proper training is delivered
• Very good command over written and verbal English language is must, good communication skill and Soft spoken to make sure even if the training is repeated or any new joiners or existing employees require more training, he/she should not get annoyed but should have ability to train without any issue.
• Need to have and experience in Team Handling
• Flexible with the Shifts Timing
• Passionate about all sports. Knowledge about team, players, rules and regulations about Soccer, US Sport, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, Ice Hockey, Rugby, Australian Football, Golf, Motorsports, Tennis, and Baseball is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of sports rules, statistics, scores, leader boards, and polls is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge on MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
• Strong multitasker, Reliable and accurate thinker
• Ability to train the new joiners to set priorities to achieve maximum accuracy, quality, and productivity
• Analyse the bottom performer and deliver re training
• Support production team by keeping the process knowledge up to date and deliver the required training for the department
