Cargill is hiring for the role of Process Specialist-FP&A!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner collaboratively with essential members of cross-functional financial teams to achieve the finance strategy and strategic goals of the business or function and build and implement effective and efficient tools, models, and reporting to deliver insights that ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Provide expert input and identify opportunities to improve processes, data, and technology and drive standardization, simplification, and alignment of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Identify key financial risks using additional research to advise our key stakeholders.
• Drive the execution of the monetization of integrated business planning, forecasting, and operating review for the business group or function.
• Design ad hoc analysis and complex modeling including cost of services and associated trends, financial and nonfinancial to enable decision-making and evaluate key performance indicators.
• Integrate disparate sources of data using a broad range of analytical data tools and knowledge of statistical methodology and predictive modeling techniques.
• Provide financial support to accomplish plans, including financial modeling, scenario planning, valuation, and monitoring performance against strategic decisions with a moderate opportunity to impact the business.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Preparation of business plan and forecast for current and Fiscal Year.
• Variance analysis of cost on QoQ and plan vs Actual

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant /CMA (Mandatory)
• 3 to 6 years experience in FP&A
• High business acumen with extensive financial knowledge
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, presenting conclusions in insightful ways.
• Extremely proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and working knowledge of visualization tool (PowerBi)
• Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills 
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
