Process Specialist Job in Bangalore at Infosys

Infosys is hiring for the role of Process Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide domain-level support and training to analysts on financial concepts, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and data collection methodologies.
• Review and validate the accuracy and consistency of financial data processed by the team. Collaborate with quality assurance and product teams to enhance data quality and process efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to update and maintain collection policies and documentation in line with evolving financial reporting standards. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial data analysis, preferably in a financial services or data operations environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS).
• Experience working with global financial markets and listed company data.
