Walmart is hiring for the role of Process Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing interview scheduling process. This includes coordinating with hiring managers and recruiters to schedule interviews in a timely manner.
• Communicating with candidates to confirm interview schedules and provide necessary details.
• Ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made for interviews, such as arranging conference rooms and necessary equipment.
• Coordinating with other internal teams as needed to ensure the smooth execution of recruitment activities.
• Maintaining accurate records of interviews and other recruitment activities.
• Providing support to recruiters and hiring managers as needed.
• Providing support in the offer generation process.
• Providing Support in Immigration process transactions  . 

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a recruitment or HR organization
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Must be willing to work in US hours
