Element Technologies Inc. is hiring for the role of Process & Quality Assurance Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality system in the organization, by the International Standards ISO and IATF standards.
- Being responsible for Control of Nonconforming products in coordination with Production and Quality Control.
- Following up on statistical techniques in coordination with all departments.
- Being responsible for all QA-related activities viz. Change control process, NCPRR, Internal corrective actions, Risk analysis like FMEA, HIRA, etc.
- Performing 6 Sigma Projects assigned by the champion.
- Handling Customer audits.
- Managing the Supplier performance (Rating, audits, follow-up, etc.)
- Assuring quality control activities data input and system adherence.
- Managing process audits and leading the nonconformance closures.
- Training of shop floor members on process and quality and maintaining the standard.
