Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage end-to-end process operations efficiently and ensure service delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact between the client and internal team.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and compliance guidelines.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements or automation initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and create reports for leadership review.
- Train, mentor, and manage team members to enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular audits, feedback sessions, and client calls.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of tasks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth process flow.
