Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Study and analyze all PCRN and PDRN to accept for implementation and close as per check sheet for respective shops.
- Ensure DCP review as and when required and Process audit readiness for respective shop.
- Assist with line Process Concerns, Field concerns, and Quality concerns resolutions effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and implement Process improvement and WC reduction in the existing Vehicle assembly process to improve overall productivity.
- Prepare new layout or modification in the existing to improve the overall productivity of the TCF.
- Design and implement the facility and equipment as per the PPAP guideline.
Requirements:
- Qualification: BE
- Experience: 2-6 years
