Process Improvement Lead Job in Gurgaon at AXA XL

AXA XL is hiring for the role of Process Improvement Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Developing and delivering change and communication strategy for communicating global process standards to all HR
• Designing and implementing a governance framework for Process Ownership
• Establishing a continuous improvement culture and methodology in HR for ongoing process improvement
• Conducting appropriate documentation and controls for process changes, including approvals and up-/down-stream impact analysis
• Upskilling Global HR Process Owners on how to execute continuous improvement
• Establishing criteria for determining when a process should be changed
• Creating and maintaining a continuous improvement roadmap for new processes and process changes
• Cooperating with Global HR Operations and Technology Lead on myHR Journeys - an HR process workflow automation project
• Operating as program manager for this multi-year initiative

Requirements: 

• Ability to set strategy, creativity, and management skills to deliver on that strategy
• Certified Six Sigma GreenBelt (or higher) or equivalent process improvement methodology certification
• Project Management experience
• Ability to lead and influence others
• Ability to work with and influence stakeholders at senior levels of the organization (HRLT)
• Compelling communication skills
