JP Morgan & Chase is hiring for the role of Process Improvement Associate!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Applies business, technical expertise, and problem-solving methodologies focused on analyzing complex operating models, anticipating issues, and use of appropriate technology to mitigate risk
• Experience in project / change management, including planning and tracking activities, assessing the impact of change, effectively managing stakeholders at all levels, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, and progress reporting, in an Operations / Contact Centre environment 
• Resolves most nuances and determines appropriate escalation path
• Executes conventional approaches to build or break down business and technical problems 
• Drives the daily activities supporting the standard capacity process applications (Alteryx, UiPath, Owl scans)
• Supports the management of the firm’s critical business data to reduce data risks and enhance decision-making
• Considers upstream/downstream data/systems or technical implications
• Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
• Ensure Operational readiness for the delivery of technology and business change into the Operations function through coordinated engagement with stakeholders
• Work closely with our stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement of the change function, process, and change platform

Requirements:

• Knowledge of two or more areas of business process such as Operational processes, client engagement, agent/broker processes, regulatory framework  deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, and performance assessments
• Sound knowledge of multiple low-code applications and programming languages (e.g., Alteryx, UiPath, OwlDQ, SQL, Python, etc.)
• Drives to deepen application and functional knowledge across multiple domains within securities services operations
• Conceptual knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies (Preferred)
