Garrett Advancing Motion is hiring for the role of Process Improvement Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• This position will act as functional admin for the Procurement IT tool (Coupa) and other IT projects.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating tools with any process changes.
• Responsible for driving enhancements.
• Support businesses for issue resolutions and handling user’s queries.
• Perform UATs/assist business users to perform UATs.
• Develop training materials and conduct training for end users.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably IT/Engineering background
• Fluent in English
• Cross-functional team collaboration
• Proficient in handling data analysis and project management activities
• Mandatory knowledge of Excel, SharePoint and data management tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work within a complex multi-regional environment
• Ability to assume responsibility and be self-motivated
• Flexible to work in the European time zone
