• Utilize basic data analytics and Excel skills to analyze operational data and provide insights.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach in all aspects of the role, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate the dynamic nature of supply chain operations.
• Work independently within defined boundaries and guidelines, applying standards while having the ability to make departures from established processes to resolve problems.
