Cognizant is hiring for the role of Process Executive - Voice!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Review of information on the mortgage document and entering the information from the mortgage document into the Client System
• Review of mortgage documents w.r.t. correctness and completeness of the information and highlight any discrepancy in the form of Notes/comments to customer
• Understands Domain Processes, sub-process functions, and terminologies(such as SOP QC checklists).
• Project, Process Handles First level processing of assigned transactions Complex problems n(procedures, processes)are referred to Supervisor, Line Manager.
• Adhere to quality requirements to achieve targets, and volumes in given TAT(Turn around time).
• Adhere to the mandatory industry regulation and compliance requirements for the given process.
• Knowledge Management, Understand various document templates and standards(Such as SOPs) to interpret the documents and related terminologies.
• Adhere to org hygiene and compliance needs in terms of Time sheet submission Assimilation and Attendance.

Requirements:

• MS Excel
• Graduate  (BCOM.) preferred with good communication skills both in comprehension and writing
• Good Typing Skills
• Mortgage Experienced Preferred-with knowledge of mortgage documents and the ability to review and gauge any red flags in the document and information provided in the client system
• Should be flexible to work from office / US night shifts
