Cognizant is hiring for the role of Process Executive - Voice!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Meet / Exceed all defined SLAs of the process (quality, TAT etc) as agreed with the client
- Ensure100% Compliance with Process Adherence as defined in the SOP. Invoice processing.
- Process payroll/tax /garnishment updates.
- Ensure compliance with all process requirements is not less than 100%.
- Ensure Individual Productivity levels are achieved as per the targets set year on year.
- Meet internal process metrics as defined.
- Adhere to audit compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Post Graduate Degree in Commerce (exclusion: BE/BTech/MCA, Arts/Science Graduates)
