• Work in a rotational shift model to provide continuous support and coverage.

Requirements:

• Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Have domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech industries.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Display effective communication skills in English both written and spoken.
