ARaymond is hiring for the role of Process Engineer Methods / Industrialisation!
Responsibilities Of Candidate:
- Develop manufacturing process by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment conferring with equipment vendors
- Maintain product and process data base
- Provide feedback from the T0 trial stage
- Update existing PFC, PFMEA, PCN
- Develop new and modification of existing Tools, robots, and machine programs as per need
- Provide Training to the Operations team for newly developed processes
- Monitor trials, long-run production & GP12 data
- Handle of Internal & External Audits related to new process
- Improve the existing process after serial production handover
Requirements:
- Diploma/BE/Plastic processing testing
- 2-2.5 years experience
- Knowledge of Wittman Robot, Engel and Arburg molding machines & Automation
- Knowledge of Ergonomic working conditions
- Knowledge of injection molding Machines and Tool
- Environment, Health and Safety Risk Management
- New Product/Process Development
