Mahindra CIE Automotive is hiring for the role of Process Engineer- Forging Quality!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Auditing Skills.( Intenral and Supplier audit)
- System Knowledge ( ISO , IATF )
- Manufacturing process knowledge and Product audit. ( Forging Process)
- FRTB review.( Fast response tracking Board for internal and external Issues)
- 4M change management.( Monitoring & control)
- Rejection & / rework Analysis with action plan for the same.
- To carry out process capability with knowledge of MSA & SPC.
- Supplier Process and Product audit as per plan
Requirements:
- Internal Audit, External Customer Audit,NaBL audits, customer complaint analysis etc
- SPC Knowledge
- Audit Documents RCA /Problems solving/8D/Corrective action preventive action
- MSA knowledge
- Educational Qualification - B.E/B.Tech, Diploma
