Tata Electronics Pvt Ltd. is hiring for the role of process engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Documents the various process parameters and outcomes for DoEs run
• Analyses data in formats such as IMR  chart, p chart, box slot, etc. for do es run
• Identifies successful DoEs basis of the analysis and communicates the same to the engineering head
• Ensures implementation of the successful do e post-approval by the customer
• Observes the production yield report and process parameters run for the batches
• Shares inputs on areas of improvement or any process deviations observed
• Generates reports and data analysis for reporting and root cause analysis
• Creates SoPs and work instructions related to ano engineering
• Ensures implementation of SoPs and work instructions by providing training and refresher sessions
• Provides support on translating the customer guidelines into internal specifications and processes that will ensure the required outcomes which are led by the head of engineering
• Identifies areas for process improvement internally to improve efficiency and yield
• Identifies possible solutions for the areas and presents the same to the engineering head
• Ensures improvement of the process improvement post approval from the engineering head
• Collaborates with the external supplier for any changes due to the process improvement

Requirements:

• B.E/B.tech degree is required in chemical engineering
• 0-3 Years of Work experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership qualities
