Regal Rexnord is hiring for the role of Process Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze, develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, and equipment, requirements for production/assembly of new and existing products
• Interpret product design requirement into manufacturing process specification Work with Cross functional Teams for New Product Introductions & problem solving
• Implementation of Poka Yoke for improving quality
• Identifying the root cause of the problems (Internal / External) and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
• Handling of Defective goods received from the customers (Preliminary testing and observation report).
• Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and implement sustainable corrective actions / design and implement SPC, poka-yoke and other process capability and problem solving and monitoring tools
• Responsible for implementing Manufacturing Flow Charts, Standard Work, procedures, Control Plans and FMEAs
• Propose change in Manufacturing Setup as well as designing new manufacturing lines
• Have sound operational knowledge of MSA, SPC, GD&T, Tolerance stack-up, Engineering Material properties, ergonomics & Poka-yokes etc
