Syensqo is hiring for the role of Process Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Promote an observable culture of process safety, quality, and customer service within their organizational control.
• Support the short-term tactical requests from the site-based team while managing the long-term strategic projects.
• Lead & executing site based process engineering projects and activities that drive continuous improvement, resolve chronic manufacturing issues, introduce new products, or design or optimize processes related to existing or new products.

Requirements:

• Chemical Engineering Master Degree (minimum) from reputed institute like IITs, ICTs, NITs, and BITS
• A Chemical Engineer with 2–8 years of working experience
• Previous experience in process engineering function in manufacturing environment
• Continuous improvement background with demonstrated experience in problem solving and root cause analysis
• Process engineering experience for greenfield and brownfield projects
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Understanding manufacturing processes and value chain
• Understand key operational metrics and communicate across organization to achieve clear alignment and focus
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Analytical & conceptual thinking
• Process analysis & Project management knowledge
• Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
• Responsible for taking on the role of process engineer
• With experience in the chemical industry
• Chemical process management and willing to take on new challenges in the work
