The Coca-Cola Company is hiring for the role of Process Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Project Execution:
  • Lead, coordinate, and execute capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, including equipment installations, commissioning, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct site acceptance tests (SATs), installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and participate in process validation activities.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Process Improvement:
  • Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Technical Support:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Provide technical support to other departments within the plant, such as production, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies and best practices.
• Greenfield Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the manufacturing processes for the new plant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from construction to operation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality management systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a greenfield project setting.
• Proven experience in project execution, equipment installation, and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of process optimization principles and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, P&IDs).
• Knowledge of process control systems and instrumentation.
• Understanding of relevant safety regulations and procedures.
