Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process transactions according to standard work and SOPs.
• Prioritize transactions to meet SLAs.
• Plan and organize tasks and work responsibilities.
• Respond to customer inquiries, identify, research, and resolve problems.
• Assist with other team tasks as required.
• Accurately maintain and record production data.
• Apply LM's Core Competencies.
• Interact professionally with onshore/offshore teams and customers via email and phone calls.

Requirements:

• Any graduate (except technical, BE, and LLB)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships
• Positive attitude and open to change
• BPO or captive work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to facilitate and resolve discrepancies and disputes
• Ability to handle multiple priorities within deadlines
• Independent research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact effectively in a challenging and high-risk environment with demanding customers
