Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Developer - Salesforce Administration and Development!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Help maintain and customize Salesforce applications.
• Assist in user management, including setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Support data management activities, including data import, data export, and data cleanup.
• Assist in the development of custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Participate in the development of custom objects, flows, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with senior Salesforce professionals and cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce projects.
• Assist in the requirement gathering and documentation processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates.
• Participate in relevant training and certification programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration and development tools
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus
• Understanding of database concepts and data management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the Salesforce ecosystem
