Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Developer - Retail Banking!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Execute pre-defined tasks with minimum supervision
- Complete transactions and routine tasks within specified time frames and accuracy levels
- Adhere to defined performance level parameters (efficiency, quality, etc.)
- Share standard methodologies and process ideas
- Identify problems through audits or customer feedback
Requirements:
- B.Com or any other equivalent graduate degree
- Prior experience in dispute/chargeback/fraud
- Prior experience in retail banking/mortgage or finance industry
- Experience in voice processes
- Proficient in written and verbal English interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to type between 40-60 words per minute with more than 90% accuracy
