Genpact is hiring for the role of Process developer order to cash!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Make collection calls to customers.
- Email, fax, or mail invoices to customers as requested.
- Identify and rectify unidentified cash.
- Process cash applications to invoices, ensuring timely and accurate DRR.
- Follow up on customer/internal disputes and questions.
- Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits/debits and sending them for collection/refund.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
- Meaningful experience in a customer service or collections role
- (Preferred) Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
