Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Developer!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Develop a strong understanding of various retirement plans and the regulations affecting them.
- Handle middle-office and back-office processing, including retirement account origination, servicing, funds payout, and fund reconciliation.
- Manage service delivery within agreed service levels across multiple blended processes.
- Implement operational governance frameworks, including quality review mechanisms and communication strategies.
- Participate in daily/weekly catch-ups with onshore partners to provide updates on business and SLA achievements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant domain experience.
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
