Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Developer - Onboarding SPOC!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- End-to-end onboarding of employees on their first day at the company. Need to ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Prepare to join documents and other pre-requisites for onboarding candidates
- Collaborate with other team members and cross-functional teams to close joining formalities on the system.
- Directly interact with the employees and need to demonstrate strong people skills.
- Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, and policies
Requirements
- Minimum qualification - Graduation (MBA preferred)
- Relevant years of onboarding experience preferred
- HR domain knowledge exp. Preferred
- MBA would be an added advantage
