Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• General Ledger (GL) Activity  
• Assess and optimize the end-to-end process for GL account creation, blocking/unblocking, and changes. 
• Extend GL process improvements to include template company codes for scalability. 
• Enhance data quality and minimize errors, especially for high-volume GL changes. [List of responsibilities] 
• Cost Center (CC) Activity  
• Standardize the CC creation process, ensuring hierarchical consistency across all financial systems. 
• Address and resolve existing blocking/unblocking challenges to improve process efficiency. 
• Ensure uniformity in CC-related changes to maintain consistent financial data. 
• Profit Center (PC) Activity  
• Implement robust processes for accurate creation and management of ERP and CFIN Profit Centers. 
• Align Profit Center configurations with critical reporting requirements to ensure seamless financial reporting [List of responsibilities] 
• Intercompany Billing (ICB) Activity 
• Evaluate and improve data consistency in intercompany billing to reduce reporting errors. 
• Develop and implement standardized templates for ICB processes to enhance reliability and efficiency. 
• System Adjustments and Other Processes 
• Manage and validate mappings in tables and Master Data Governance (MDG). 
• Support supplemental steps processing in MDG for smooth operations. 
• Create Change Requests (CRs) in ICBW for extensions in CFIN/MDG processes. 
• Perform improvement testing and validate process outcomes. 
• Support system upgrades, process improvements and testing as they are rolled out. 
• Provide support for Excel files, such as account structure (Lref) or service team communication details (e.g., NATREF). 
• Verification and support for technical requests raised by steady-state operations. 
• Address Application Interface Framework (AIF) issues related to master data, primarily caused 

Requirements:

• Domain knowledge on Finace Master Background. 
• SAP,Excel  
• Coordinate with technical teams for ticket resolution when required.
