Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Developer, Finance Credit Controller!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collect and account for due debt, identifying and resolving cleansing issues.
• Ensure debt collection adheres to client guidelines.
• Allocate and account for all debt and cash received.
• Manage broker financial assessments and TOBA management for new and existing onshore brokers and cover holders.
• Improve debt collection and reporting processes through process analysis and recommendation.
• Monitor account-specific debt cycles and highlight potential issues, deviances, or fluctuations to the Credit Risk Manager.
• Report on debt levels, unallocated cash, and future collectables, including trend analysis.
• Maintain regular communication with internal customers and represent the client professionally to external intermediaries.
• Assist in Credit Risk related projects.
• Understand London, UK and AISE market practices, including broker, bureau, and Managing Agency perspectives.
• Effectively communicate and prioritize tasks to manage credit risk and debt.
• Minimize debt levels and risk to support client business processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance (B.Com) or equivalent
• Experience in the financial sector, preferably insurance
• Relevant years of experience in OTC Accounts Receivables
• Effective communication skills
