Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Respond to customer queries and concerns
- Provide support for data collection to enable account recovery
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrate critical thinking and analysis skills
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Requirements:
- Graduate (Any Discipline)
- (Preferred) Previous experience in customer service (chat/email/voice)
- Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Freshers are eligible
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shifts)
