Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Developer - Collections !
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collect delinquent amounts from customers via phone calls or promises
- Make collection calls, email/fax invoices, or mail hard copies as requested
- Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits/debits
- Follow up on customer/internal disputes and questions
- Inbound and outbound calling
- Provide payment plans based on customer requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate (in any stream)
- Relevant experience
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- (Preferred) Good customer handling skills
- (Preferred) High Energy level
