Process Developer - AP Job in Noida at Genpact

Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Developer - AP!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Open incoming scanned invoices and T&E claims in the workflow tool.
• Verify supplier/employee data and details in the ERP system.
• Accurately enter data into the workflow tool, performing online checks as specified.
• Sort incoming invoices/T&E claims by document type, purchase order, and location.
• Request rescans for unclear or incomplete documents.
• Communicate and clarify with suppliers.
• Implement proactive controls to prevent future errors.
• Close monthly accounts and perform due diligence, including generating ERP reports and accrual inputs.
• Review and process invoices, providing resolutions and releasing them for payment.
• Validate essential invoice details (supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number, date).
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice payment processing.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues as per AP guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to reduce helpdesk queries and improve processes.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and guidelines.
• Perform daily internal audits to ensure compliance with guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
• Accounts Payable domain experience
• Mandatory ERP (SAP) knowledge
• Strong knowledge of ERP Applications, AP Workflow Tools, and T&E Workflow Tools
• Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptability to change
• Strong team player
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in ERP (SAP), AP Workflow tools, and T&E workflow tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic
• Strong domain experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
