Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
• Ability to resolve conflicts that may arise in a positive and professional manner. 
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and exhibit excellent listening skills.  
• Perform all tasks and responsibilities as per process guidelines and procedures. 
• Adherence to shift timing/schedule.
• Comprehension of customer ask and attempt to first-time resolution.
• Abide with all codes of conduct and policies. 
• Responsible for handling Property & Casualty related situations.

Requirements:

• Excellent product/process understanding – features, benefits, procedure,e and guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – comprehension, articulation, effective listening, and writing.
• Demonstrate ability to provide excellent communication/customer service skills through excellent product, features/benefits, and procedural knowledge. 
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
• Effectively listen, comprehend, and ability to simplify, and articulate clearly.
• High on compassion and perseverance in dealing with customers with irritated and critical conditions.
• Work under pressure and meet campaign substantial metrics. 
• Outstanding teammate, supporting and assisting colleagues whenever possible. 
• Actively set goals and be open to development feedback. 
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Can do multi-tasking and is keen on details.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent.
• Insurance background – P&C is preferred.
