Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Developer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers to process purchase orders into sales orders.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to allocate orders and ensure on-time shipping, meeting SLA requirements.
- Provide additional information and support to customers based on their specific requirements.
- Focus on solving service industry challenges using knowledge and technology.
Requirements:
- Minimum: Any Graduation (B.Com/B.Sc/BA/MBA)
- Preferred: Knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
