PhonePe is hiring for the role of Process Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle escalated cases related to merchants daily.
• Work with the internal stakeholders to extract the resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, considering the merchant and partner experiences
• Help to resolve Merchant concerns in a timely, professional, and positive manner, escalating issues to the next level or other internal stakeholders, as needed
• Connect with the merchants via Phone or non-voice channels, to understand and work on the case efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• A graduate degree in any field is required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Prior experience in Merchant Helpdesk or Customer Experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
