Requirements:

• Complete Knowledge on the Body shop / Trim & Chassis process flow in detail.
• Ability to Understand the Different types of Logistics flows (Primary & Secondary) & SCM part list given by the Part logistics team.
• Ability to understand the different production operating modes like Batch Production, Sequence production etc.
• Ability to Design of Picking/Kitting Trolley to define Part Orientation, Standard no of parts (SNP) and accommodation in the Layout
• To know how to design a picking or a kitting area, Collection Trolley, Kit box, Kit kart by making detailed environment using CATIA
• Identify & Application of suitable Trolley standards, Operator Ergonomics during design
• Ability to recommend the new standards & different trolley design Proposal to customer
• Modification of Existing Trolley to Accommodate New requirements (Capacity Increase, New parts etc)
• Can able to collect Bench marking trolley design reference from Renault / Nissan plants, create & maintain Trolley design library.
• Ability to create detailed design in 3D and develop Manufacturing drawings in 2D.
